Proof (GPS screenshot, etc.) may be required for traffic/accident delays. • Cancellations: Cancel up to 12 hours before your appointment with no penalty. • Same-Day Cancellations (under 12 hrs): Charged 50% of your service price (Haircut $25 | Haircut & Beard $30). • No Call / No Show: Charged 100% of your service price (Haircut $50 | Haircut & Beard $60). • Invalid Cards: Booking with an invalid card + no-show = permanent ban from future bookings. ⸻ I respect your time and ask the same in return.
